By accessing or utilizing the PinMax permanent email platform hosted at pinmax.cloud and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Permanent Identity Guarantee
PinMax is specifically engineered to provide permanent, enduring email addresses. Unlike disposable or temporary mail generators, PinMax commits to maintaining your registered addresses without scheduled expiration, recycling, or deletion, subject to compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use PinMax addresses for:
- Transmitting unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk automated phishing campaigns.
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, trojans, or destructive code.
- Engaging in illegal activities under applicable international laws.
- Attempting unauthorized penetration or disruption of PinMax infrastructure.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate mailbox suspension to protect platform deliverability and sender reputation.
4. Account Security & Key Custody
Because PinMax utilizes client-side zero-knowledge encryption protocols, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your access passphrases, recovery tokens, and encryption keys. We cannot recover lost keys that decrypt client-side content.
5. Custom Domain Ownership
When connecting custom domains to PinMax, you certify that you own or possess authorized administrative rights to configure DNS MX, SPF, and DKIM records for that domain.
