Your privacy is our core engineering principle. We do not sell data, track your activity, or monetize your inbox.
1. Zero-Knowledge Architecture
PinMax is founded on a privacy-by-design paradigm. Messages stored in your mailbox are protected using client-side cryptographic primitives and AES-256 / OpenPGP encryption at rest. We cannot read the contents of your encrypted emails or scan them for behavioral profiling.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT track your IP address during webmail browsing sessions.
- We do NOT embed tracking pixels or external behavioral telemetry in our webmail interface.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your email addresses or customer data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing syndicates.
- We do NOT require sensitive personal phone numbers or government IDs for free account registration.
3. Data Retained for Service Functionality
To operate our permanent mail delivery network, we store:
- Your registered permanent email prefix and assigned domain (e.g.
user@pinmax.cloud). - Encrypted message storage chunks up to your plan quota limit.
- Cryptographic password verification hashes (Argon2id).
4. Data Sovereignty & Deletion Rights
You have full ownership of your data. You may request total erasure of your mailbox, aliases, and associated cryptographic keys at any moment via your account dashboard. Upon confirmation, data is permanently overwritten and unrecoverable.
